Sanna Claws and horses

I forgot I had these to post. Olivia met Santa and after several days of preparation, which involved pictures of Santa, letting her know the process of lap sitting, present asking, and, in this case, present receiving, she was good to go. She hopped on his lap up after waving and yelling "Hi Sanna", and proceeded to talk his ear off. She also went on a carousel and rode an "up and down" horse. Talk about a good night!
Take care,

ABW

Do you know the ABC - Anybody But Conservatives - style of voting? Well, at the start of the Amazing Race finale i was rooting for ABW - Anybody But Weavers. And they lost! Yay! And the Linzes won! Yay!
Pretty good finale to a pretty dull, boring, dull season. At least in February we will again be treated to a race around the world - on five continents and more than 60,000 miles!
I still can't believe that Mrs. Weaver said that no one has ever disliked them before - how can that possibly be true? When people say things like that, I never believe them.
Speaking of unbelievable, how about a bunch of us heading into the big T-dot to visit La Tour CN. Oui oui! Mais ma Francais est terrible! And our national sport - log rolling! Big pastime up here in the Great White, eh?
Loved seeing more of Canada on the race, but had to snicker at the producers' odd choices.
Take care,

There must be some people that share this one

Alan has said this is a quirk and a co-worker agrees. I thought a lot of people did this, so I am not convinced it qualifies...
When I eat a sandwich on bread or toast (burgers and items on a bun do not fall under this), I eat the crust first. All around the sandwich/toast - cut or uncut and then I eat the middle and sometimes (when eating toast) I fold the middle bit in half, which sincerely makes it extra good!
Am I alone in this one??
Take care,
V
